Rev Vac Safety Syringe

Revolutions Medical has a post about this new syringe design. It injects, like any other syringe, but when the plunger is pressed all the way in, the needle retracts into the inner barrel, effectively removing the safety hazard of used needles. It's already been FDA approved. There's a short video showing how it works.
