Artist Jeremy Mayer creates stunning figurative works with old typewriter parts. He uses a process he calls cold assembly, which uses no solder, welding, or glue. The subtlety and expressiveness of his work is really exceptional.
I like to throw around words like "art" and "design" as though I know what they mean. The same is true for the interchangeable way I describe my self as "artist" or "designer" I can only say that they both seem to have something to do with observing and making. That is what I do.
