Pamelia Kurstin plays the theremin. No, she's not making eerie sci-fi sound effects; she plays standards. Her rendition of "Autumn Leaves" is amazing, and not only does she jazz it up halfway through, but she does a bass solo that's top notch. She's accompanied on the piano by Makoto Ozone. This is actually from an older TED conference, but it's recently been released and is worth seeing.
